Welcome to The Chateau, our signature luxury rustic vacation home nestled directly on Lake Winnipesaukee with 76 feet of private waterfront and just a five-minute walk to downtown Meredith. Renovated from top to bottom between 2016 and 2018, this three-story home was designed for unforgettable multi-generational gatherings, family reunions, and celebrations—with space, comfort, and character in every detail.

The Chateau sleeps 18 guests across 6 bedrooms plus a bunk room, each with its own en-suite. Whether you're hosting a large family or a group of friends, every guest enjoys privacy, luxury, and stunning lake views.

With Quartz countertops, double ovens, double refrigerators, and a 10-foot island, the main kitchen is perfect for entertaining. A second full kitchen on the lower level offers even more space for cooking and gathering.

Two floor-to-ceiling granite gas fireplaces with 200-year-old barn beam mantels, live sawn white oak floors, and custom woodwork create a warm, inviting atmosphere that blends rustic charm with modern comfort.
